• Delivery charges are determined by the sellers and displayed before order confirmation.

5. Payment

• Payments are made directly between the parties involved. Bagain Parts acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating the connection.
• Each seller is responsible for managing orders and payments received.

6. Responsibility

• Pièces Aubaines cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to the products sold.
• In case of a dispute, the buyer must contact the seller directly to resolve the issue.

8. Disputes

• Any complaint regarding a product should be addressed to the seller concerned.
• In the event of an unresolved dispute, the competent courts will be those designated in the seller’s terms and conditions.
